Eligibility criteria for a Spanish DIGITAL NOMAD residence permit
The condition for obtaining a residence permit for 3 years is legal residence in Spain (within the Schengen visa period)

- Not be an EU, EEA or Swiss national, and not be a family member of such a nationalIf you live outside your country of citizenship, it is important to consider the legality of your actual stay in the country of residence when applying from outside Spain.
- Proven income from 2646€ per month for the main Applicant(+993€ for each family member, and +331€ for a child within the same application) is allowed for official marriage, couple, partnership. Income in currencies other than € is calculated according to the exchange rate of the European Central Bank.
- Confirmed type of employment and incomeExistence of an employment contract/sole proprietorship/self-employment status or contract with the Applicant as an individual.
- Period of employment (IE/self-employed registration) not less than three months prior to the date of Application submissionIt is important to have a bank statement proving systematic income generation from a company incorporated more than 1 year ago.
- Ability to work remotely (no restrictions)Your contract must include the ability to work or provide services remotely.
